  1. The user must agree and follow the following terms in order to download and use the Jockey Club Mei Ho House Hong Kong Spirit Learning Programme (Learning Programme) teaching materials (teaching materials)
  2. Except some parts which are authorized by other parties or persons, the copyright of the teaching materials belong to Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA).
  3. The teaching materials are only for the use of personal learning or teaching. Unless with authorization or permission of the HKYHA, the user is not allowed to use the teaching materials for business or commercial purpose, HKYHA reserves the right to claim for the loss if such case is found.
  4. The user is allowed to modify, adjust or photocopy the teaching materials for teaching or lesson purpose.
  5. HKYHA reserves the right to delete or modify the teaching materials and the terms of use without notice.
